Victoria serves as a Senior Advisor at HillStaffer, having amassed more than 30 years of experience in public affairs, communications, marketing and media. Victoria is also the head of VLM Consulting, where she has assisted a variety of organizations including United Technologies Corporation, Evolve Media, McClatchy, Bloomberg Media, Mail Online, National Journal, Washingtonian, Government Executive, and Trusted Media Brands to assess, improve and create integrated campaigns to successfully support business development, brand marketing, communications and advocacy objectives.

Victoria has deep experience in digital advocacy having worked with Mindshare Interactive, to ensure digital strategies were at the center of advocacy efforts impacting public policy and legislation. Victoria also worked for GMMB, a preeminent political consulting and advertising firm, buying media for clients with an emphasis on digital efforts.

Previously, Victoria served as Senior Vice President of Atlantic Media’s National Journal Group, leading teams responsible for print, digital, and event revenue growth.  Additionally, Victoria oversaw the collective efforts to support marketing and branding, including National Journal Group’s entire rebranding and redesign efforts in 2010.

Victoria began working on Capitol Hill as deputy press secretary for Rep. Bart Gordon (D-TN) and then-Senate Majority Whip Alan Cranston (D-CA).

Victoria graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University, and completed Executive Management and Marketing courses at the Wharton School of Business.
